In 1959, south of the Sequoia National Forest, Grandpa Kenny opened a premier butcher shop for local ranchers. But pavement began replacing soil, so a half-century later we hand selected a ranch in Dolores County, CO to farm & raise cattle--- over 300 miles from the nearest "big city".
At 7000 ft in elevation, the warm summer days are always followed by crisp clean nights. The region quieter than when cowboy robbers Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid rode through, but still wild, still west, still untamed!
